Prototype development
We develop fully functional prototypes using composites, wood and metal – from technical planning and material strategy to CAD design and optimisation for production. This makes it possible to test ideas quickly or enable safe, realistic training, as demonstrated by our full-scale F/A-18 mock-up.
Material combinations
Hybrid solutions are one of our specialities. Our particular strength lies in combining composite materials with wood and steel. Wood brings precision and flexibility to the process, while steel provides strength and long-term durability – for example in supporting structures.
Consulting and understanding
Our process supports your project from A to Z: we explore your requirements and define a clear objective, develop the component digitally, determine the optimal combination of materials and create the prototype. Initial results are tested, evaluated and refined, followed by the production of a precise negative mould and final manufacturing.
